Day #1 - Cooked up a Vegan Meal using Chefs Plate

I had a Chefs Plates meal that was an Open Cabbage Roll meal. I converted it to a Vegan Meal leaving out the sour cream and ground beef. The meal tasted really good!

This was Rice, Cabbage, Onions, Carrots and tomato Sauce with some spices. Very good
