I made a really good supper tonight. I made one of my favourite Sweet Potato Mash. I love making them they taste so so good. On top the the mash I made a Vegan Riblets from Gardein sweet and sour porkless bites. I made those with mixed vegetables and made a homemade BBQ sauce with Dijon mustard and some apple cider vinegar. It was really really good.
