Day #12 - Interesting lunch today!

I made a lunch that I loved when I was not a vegan. I loved brown beans and hot dogs on toast. So I remembered that I bought some Vegan Hot dogs called Lightlife® Smart Dogs®. I looked at the can of brown beans I had and it was all vegan ingredients. So took a pot started with onions and peppers and added the vegan hot dogs and than the brown beans and put it on my Rye bread. It was so good and actually tasted better than the non vegan one I use to eat.
