Day #2 - Had a great sandwich and salad for lunch

Started off the morning with a bowl of fruit. Than for lunch made a BLT or should I say a PLT lol. Used a plant based bacon with spinach for the lettuce and tomato's with some Hellmans Vegan Mayo on some light rye bread. It was really really good. I plated it with some Sweet Potato curry salad I purchased from Save On Foods. All together it was a great lunch.
