Day #34 - Oh boy creative leftovers today!

Ok had some leftover Veggie ground from last night and I created this really good dish. I made a hashbrown taco scramble. I made some hashbrowns with onions and peppers and added the taco veggie ground from last night on top of the hashbrowns and sprinkled some grated Daiya Medium Cheddar Style Block cheese on top. Added some Mango Salsa and Spicy Ketchup to the side. Really good brunch loved the taste.

Ok the Daiya Medium Cheddar Style Block Cheese is one of my favourite Vegan cheeses out there. I do enjoy it. It is a strong taste but I have got use to it. This was one of the things I was worried about going Vegan was I loved cheese but now I found a Vegan cheese I love. So I would give this product a 4 Avocados.
