Day #36 - Ok made an amazing pizza!

OK this pizza was amazing. I will give you the recipe of this pizza. First this is what you will need:
- Cauliflower, garlic, arugula lettuce, green onions, olive oil, vegan butter, vegan mayo, white wine vinegar, Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, ranch dressing spices, and salt and pepper and any spices you would like for the cauliflower, vegan cheese of choice, and last pizza dough.
1) cut up cauliflower and put into a bowl with olive oil & spices and mix in bowl than bake on parchment paper on a pan at 450 for 8 minutes.
2) put butter and Frank Red Hot Buffalo Sauce in bowl and heat until butter is melted.
3) take Pizza dough and put a little olive oil on the dough with salt and pepper and garlic minced sprinkled on the dough. Sprinkle vegan grated cheese on top of the garlic.
4) take the heated buffalo sauce you made and put the cauliflower in the bowl and mix. than sprinkle over the pizza. Pour the rest of the Buffalo Sauce overtop the cauliflower.
5) Bake the pizza in the oven at 400 for about 10 to 14 minutes depending on what you like.
6) Ranch dressing for dip for the pizza. Take a bowl add vegan mayo, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of water and ranch spice and mix in the bowl.
7) Cut pizza and top with chopped arugula lettuce and chopped green onions.
You know have one of the best vegan pizza's and dip I have ever had vegan or not.

I am going to rate this overall the hot sauce and pizza. I am going to give this a 5 Avocado as this is one of the best pizza's I have ever ate. It was was really really good.
