Day #40 - Yes Good Vegan BBQ!

Ok tonight it was another Chefs Plate conversion meal. It was a BBQ Sandwich which I had to switch the Chicken breast with Gardein seven grain crispy tenders. Plus I had to use Vegan Mayo for the slaw instead of the regular mayo. This was easy to make this meal Vegan.

Ok I am going to rate the overall meal. I would have to rate this meal a 4 Avocado meal. It was really good and the BBQ sauce on Vegan strips tasted amazing.
