Day 41 - Another CP conversion to Vegan.

Ok I had another Chefs Plate to make tonight. It was a little tough because one of the ingredients in the recipe was Cream. So I had to come up with a substitute for cream vegan. So what I did is I took Earths Own Oat Milk Unsweetened and put that in a bowl with some TOFUTTI BETTER THAN SOUR CREAM PLAIN. It created a Vegan cream that I used in the homemade Tomato soup. Than I had the sandwich that was made with Fig jam, pickled hot peppers, and some Daiya Monterey Jack Style Block shredded. It was all accompanied by a Mixed salad with mixed nut topping with a Fig jam vinaigrette dressing.

Ok this was one of those meals that surprised me. I did not think it would turn out that good but man it was amazing. It really was. It was one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ate and the soup was like something out of a high end restaurant that you would get. The meal was vegan and if I would have served this to anyone they would have told me there was know way this was vegan. It was that good. So my rating is 5 avocados I had to because it was that good.
