Day #42 - Ok oldest came over for supper!

Ok tonight I converted another Chefs Plate meal to a Vegan meal. This meal had Chicken in it but I used the LIGHTLIFE SMART TENDERS® PLANT-BASED CHICKEN in stead but everything else was vegan products in the meal. It had a kick of some spicy in it but a person would not have had to use that at all.

Ok the overall meal I would give a 4 Avocado to. It was really tasty and I loved the spicy part of it. I like spicy food or like I like to say food with flavour. But you would not have to make this food spicy just leave out a couple of the ingredients and it would be mild.

Showme.... I am watching your selection of dishes. You have a few that could be asian inspired with the peapod and noodle and chicken/health substitutes that you are using.

It is helping me to see the fun and variety of ethnic choices with the burrito as one of the south of the border offerings. You have given me a great look at how much fun the adventure of eating vegan can be. I should get the curry/rice/ soup recipe that I had for thanksgiving dinner with my sister and brother in law, who are vegan and vegetarian. The curry soup was delicious by the way!!

I loved this dish for today and want to try it!!
