I was excited to make Italian Beef Bolognese recipe from Chefs Plate and convert it a vegan dish. So now it is a Italian Vegan Bolognese dish. All I had to do for this dish is convert the Beef to a Vegan substitute. I used the YVES ORIGINAL VEGGIE GROUND ROUND. it works great and tastes good also. I do not like Parm cheese anyways so I took that out. I added some garlic bread strips made with Fresh garlic and vegan margarine. My Italian night meal.

I love this meal so I have to give it a 4 and half Avocado rating. This was so so good.
