Day #5 - My second meal lunch!

Well for lunch today I took the left overs from the restaurant meal I got yesterday and created a stir-fry. I used variety of spices and some peanut sauce. I fried them all together than added peanuts on top to give me some extra protein for lunch! Light lunch but very filling!



Looks yummy with the pecans and cashews too !!
