Day #5 - Supper my third meal today!

Well for my supper and last meal of the day I took a Chefs Plate meal that was a Fish Burger and changed it all up to make it Vegan. First off the Homemade Tarter sauce. I made it with Vegan Mayo and fresh dill with chopped up dill pickles and some pepper. Then made a homemade Ketchup with a spice and vegan mayo for the homemade french fries. Both sauces so good. The Chefs Plate came with buns, lettuce and tomato's. The only left was the Fish. Well I used Gardein Golden Fishless Filets. I made those with olive oil in a frying pan because I wanted to make sure they where crispy. I put the burgers all together. It was really amazing. It was one of the best tasting Vegan Fish Sandwiches I have ever ate. This was one of my favourite meals this week!
