Day #53 - Oh boy what a supper!

My oldest came over tonight and we made Converted Chefs Plate meal. The original Chefs Plate Meal was Warm Pesto Chickpea Salad. We had to make a new dressing as the pesto sauce had cheese in it. So we came up with a mustard white wine vinegar recipe. The salad was a warm salad with baked vegetables. Also added to the meal was Baked rosemary garlic focaccia.

This was one of my favourite meals I have ever ate. I can not describe how good and fresh this tasted. One of the best meals I have ate as a Vegan and even one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. That is how good this meals was. I have to give this a 5 Avocado rating. It really was amazing.
