Day #6 - Light late Breakfast

Had a late breakfast. Made 1/2 Avocado and toast. Used the other half in my smoothie. Smoothie included: oat milk, spinach, frozen berries, 1/2 avocado, Hemp Hearts from Manitoba Harvest brand And some ice. It was good and very filling.

Your smoothie appears to be very dense, probably felt like a meal, and your rye toast with avocado looks yummy!!
