Day #6 - Made a quick supper!

Tonight I made a quick supper because I was busy all day. I did have a 1/2 of a new vegan bar but I will talk about those another day. Today I made a Vegetable Stir-Fry with a Vegan Plant based chicken. The Stir-Fry was peppers, onions, mushrooms with LIGHTLIFE VEGGIE CHICK’N TENDERS. I added spices and stir-fried them in a extra virgin olive oil. I added a cream salad to compliment the meal. The dressing was vegan mayo with apple cider vinegar and salt & pepper. It was so good. Very filling meal and loved the chick'n tenders.
