Day #60 - Really different supper for Christmas evening.

Well I think everyone wanted to see my traditional Christmas Vegan Supper but we do not do that until the day after Christmas on Boxing day with my family. So tonight for supper I converted a Chefs Plate meal into a Vegan Pizza for my youngest and her friend. It was a Daiya Vegan Block Cheese Grated and Yves Veggie Pepperoni with mixed onion and peppers with roasted tomato's. We added Spinach on top with some Balsamic Vinegar to top of the pizza.

This tasted really good. The Homemade Pizza crust and the toppings made this an excellent pizza for anyone. It was not as tasty as my Buffalo Veggie Chicken pizza but it was still really good. So I have to give this at least a 4 Avocado rating.
