Day #61 - Christmas Supper Vegan Style

Here you go we had our Vegan Christmas supper tonight with my family. This is a first for a lot of the people who came to it. Lets start with what we served. Remember everything was Vegan we did not have anything that was not.

What we had:

1) Creamy Dill Mashed Potatoes (made with Vegan Sour Cream).

2) Sweet Potato Mash (so tasty really is).

3) Maple glazed mini carrots.

4) Homemade Vegan Stuffing (one of my favourites).

5) Tofurky Plant-Based Roast & Wild Rice Stuffing.

6) Asian mixed salad

7) Buns, Cranberry, multiple pickle tray (Olives, pickled onions, pickles).

8) and homemade Vegan Gravy which was amazing.

JSD RATINGS:

Well my oldest daughter and I made this meal for 8 people and we cooked all day. We where tired but it was really good. The people who have never had a complete vegan meal where amazed at how good it tasted and how even the Tofurky gave you that Normal Christmas dinner. They all loved it. I have to give this a 5 Avocado because of the amount of work that me and my oldest did and what everyone told us.

Looks AweSomely Delicious .. My First Veggie/Vegan Thanksgiving Meal, I Cooked Our Tofu Turkey ( looked just like a real Turkey ) .. on a Round Barrel Wood Heating Stove in our basement .. as our Electricity Went Out During The Winter Storm we had in North Idaho .. ( Did NOT Burn a Thing ; o)... Your Doing Good Chef Todd ; )...
