Day #62 - Tofurky leftovers!

Well I took my yesterdays supper and turned into a tasty lunch. I took the Tofurky roast that I had left over cut it in pieces with the rice stuffing in it and cooked it. I added the left over potato's both the sweet potato's and the Mashed and mixed them. This made for a great leftover lunch that I enjoyed.
