Day #75 - Supper and Breakfast meals!

Breakfast:

Today I made a big breakfast for my youngest daughter. Dad makes the best vegan breakfasts. I like having hashbrowns, vegan patties, fruit, avocados and toast with hot sauce on it and of course my brown beans made with mushrooms, onions and peppers and I add a little sriracha sauce to give it a little kick. I give this breakfast a 5 Avocado rating because it is so so good. Plus it was made with Love for my daughter!

SUPPER:

I took leftovers from last nights supper and turned them into a Vegan Taco meal. I love Tacos so this was a really enjoyable meal for me. I would have to give this a 4 and half Avocado ratings as it is one of my favourite meals even though it was made with leftovers.
