Day #84 - Made myself supper today!

Today I tried something new Gardein chick’n scallopini. I made it with Olivieri® Skillet Gnocchi® and made my own cream sauce. Here is what I used for the cream sauce

- Mushrooms sliced

- Minced Garlic

- Chopped onions

- Vegan Sour Cream

- Vegan Cream Cheese

- A little Oat milk

- White Wine Vinegar

- Salt and Pepper

I made all the in a frying pan and than added the Gardein chick’n scallopini.

I have to admit it was pretty good. The cream sauce was creamy and had great flavour. I would have to give the overall meal 4 and half Avocado rating.
