Day #87 - Made one of my favourite meals tonight with a treat!

SUPPER: Tonight I decided to make my Vegan Tacos. This is one of my favourite meals to make. So simple and easy. I start with a frying pan with cut up onions and peppers. Than I add YVES ORIGINAL VEGGIE GROUND ROUND to the frying pan with Taco seasoning and a cup of water to give it moisture. I heat the soft tortilla shells in damp paper towels for 40 seconds. At this point I add the vegan ground mixture. I add Vegan shredded Cheese with lettuce. I add a strip of Newman's Mango Salsa (my favourite). On top I drizzle a Mayo mixture and Sriracha sauce. I have to give this 5 Avocado ratings. It is really good and quick to make.

DESSERT TREAT: Well one thing I love but it is hard to find where I live is Vegan Milk Shakes. So tonight I decided to make one. Here is how I did it. I used Magnum NON-DAIRY CLASSIC ice cream bars and took them off the stick. I added Oat Milk Original and a little crushed ice. I blended that together even the chocolate on the ice cream bars. I topped it off with Coconut Whip Cream and shredded Vegan Chocolate Bar. It was so good to have a Homemade Vegan Milk Shake. No rating on this. Just really really good.
