Day #89 - Quick Lunch and Supper Conversion.

LUNCH:
For lunch today I had a quick lunch. I had the Gardein teriyaki chick’n bowl. These are really good and quick to make. They are not huge portions but enough for a small lunch. They taste pretty good and I would have to give this one a 4 Avocado ratings.

SUPPER:
For supper tonight I did a Chefs Plate Conversion again. I took a Chefs Plate meal and converted it to a Vegan Meal. I had to change the protein as the original recipe was Ground Sausage. I used Yves Veggie Ground which I love and use a lot. The meal tasted good a little spicy. But had a good taste I would have to give this one a 4 Avocados also.
