Made an Amazing Sandwich

Been busy this last week I will start posting meals again. This is an amazing Reuben Vegan Sandwich I made. It was actually one of the best Reubens I have ever had. I used the Daiya Smoked Gouda Style Slices and my youngest bought me some Vegan Sliced meat that was amazing from Charcuterie Vegan Deli. This with the sauerkraut and the vegan mayo made one of the best tasting Reubens I have ever had. I have to give this a 5 Avocado Rating it was that good.
