Made Brunch & Supper for the youngest today!

BRUNCH MEAL:

I made my dad famous hash brown scramble for youngest today. She loves this. I use cubed hash browns and I add; chopped peppers, chopped onions, chopped mushrooms and Yves veggie sausage links chopped up. I use salt and pepper and Mrs Dash Spice mix with also some garlic salt. I fry it all together. I have to give this a 5 Avocados ratings as my daughter loves this.

SUPPER MEAL:

Today we did another Chefs Plate Conversion. This was different than the other ones. This meal is a Premium meal that cost a little more and a little more ingredients in it. The meal was Shrimp Linguine but we changed the Shrimp to LIGHTLIFE SMART TENDERS® PLANT-BASED CHICKEN. This was a hard meal to make I even had to cook garlic in the oil to make a garlic olive oil to use for cooking. But honestly it was really really good. We also used Vegan Parm on top of the meal. I would have to give this meal also a 5 Avocados Rating.
