Making a Creative Dinner!

Tonight I wanted a little different dinner. Got a few groceries so I made myself something a little different. I started with a nice garden salad with some Vegan Daiya Medium Cheddar Cheese shredded on top with a nice Mustard and vinegar dressing. Than I made a variety plate with 3 types of different Hummus. The flavours are Garlic, Spicy and sun-dried pepper. I purchased some Naan Dipping bread. I also added a variety of spicy pickles, pickled onions, spicy olives and spicy pickled green beans. As you can tell I like a little spicy flavour lol. Over all the meal would be a 4 Avocado. There is a lot of food here and I could not eat most of it but it gave me a different flavour for supper.
